Any good yoga poses for people with lymphedema?
Q.
I have lymphedema. Lymphedema is not draining a lot especially around in the abdominal area. Are there some good yoga poses for drainage of lymphedema? I'm going to yoga from time to time, but I prefer to try a few yoga poses in my free time at work.
