Any good yoga poses for people with lymphedema?

Q.
I have lymphedema. Lymphedema is not draining a lot especially around in the abdominal area. Are there some good yoga poses for drainage of lymphedema? I'm going to yoga from time to time, but I prefer to try a few yoga poses in my free time at work.
A.
Hello, my daughter has cystic hygroma Aka Aka Cystic lymphatic malformation. I can give you many tips to help drain lymph fluid that collects in its abdominis. The Big One, you know that is exercise. But yoga can not do enough for you. There are several reasons why lymphedema occur in different people, but most of the final results are the same. You must do exercises to stretch muscles that are repetitive. If you move the massage to help muscles and lymphatic channels to push the liquid through the channels to the right destination. Doing yoga is not enough time! But there is a safe and fun. Aka jump bounce on a trampoline or exercise ball floating resistant. Exercise rebound has been known to: strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments and bones help to be mineralized, dense and strong, helping develop balance and coordination, maintain homeostasis, to improve blood flow in blood vessels, bones, increasing the pumping power of the heart, increase circulation lymphatic system, improve the immune system.
